Get out of the chair.
We build healthier physical habits for your workplace and offer impactful communal experiences that uplift the culture of your company.
This isn’t a communal meal. This is an experience where individuals surprise themselves and others with their physical ability, a shared space to activate your community and leave participants feeling energized, refreshed, and resilient.

The physicality of office life can lead to discomfort and pain. Sitting in chairs without proper attention to form is associated with chest pain, neck pain, back pain, shallow breathing, and poor circulation. So many of the small physical discomforts of office life can be eliminated with form corrections, physical activity, and proper instruction.
"Increased movement at the workplace, as a result of promoting physical activity and reducing sedentary behavior, generates important health outcomes across physical, mental, social, and economic domains and these benefits extend across the individual and organizational levels."
-Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health
These findings indicate that a physical intervention program not only affects physical health parameters, but also mental health. The effects of such a WHPP go beyond the musculoskeletal system, indicating a promising measure to cover the current challenges of increasing competition and productivity demands in the workplace.
