Our workshops are designed to optimize your company's functionality, whether that be a movement experience to inspire and energize, or practical physical tips to help your employees perform at their best. We're here to uplift the culture of your company. We're excited to learn more about the needs of your specific work environment. Here are some guiding descriptions of what a workshop could look like.
Group Foundations
For groups more interested in functional movement or physical principles to incorporate into their everyday routines, Group Foundations is for you. These sessions are accessible for all levels. They are low intensity, providing a gentle and practical introduction to movement at the office. We guide the group through basic stretches to keep their bodies healthy while at a desk. This is our most gentle and introductory group offering, and doesn't even require a change of clothes!
Corporate Retreats
Our out of the office experiences create lasting connections between team members. Group movement compounds the impact of these experiences. We facilitate longer form sessions at your company retreat to build a wholistic approach to physical wellness. These sessions include practical physical tips for life at the office, group stretching/yoga, and exciting follow-along movement exercises to help participants feel accomplished and connected.
Group Stretch
For groups interested in a basic and accessible introduction to full body movement, Group Stretch is a great option. These sessions are also accessible for all levels, but they incorporate elements of dynamic stretching, meditation, yoga, qi gong, and mindfulness practices. Movements are gentle and slow, and participants should wear clothes they feel comfortable to move in. These sessions leave groups feeling relaxed and focused.
Individual Coaching
For individuals in leadership positions looking for one-on-one coaching, we build custom training sessions to tackle your goals. This is not a gym workout plan. Instead we work more functionally, employing active yoga with hands on adjustments to refine your form and optimize your physical foundation and reduce stress.
Group Sweat
For groups that want to get sweaty, we'll build empathetic spaces that push participants to surprise themselves and be physically courageous. These sessions are filled with joy, involve more cardio, and leave participants feeling energized and accomplished. We often incorporate elements of dance, martial arts, yoga, plyometrics, and even some partnering elements.
Physical experiences build physical confidence and body awareness. These shared workshops foster deeper relationships between team members through meaningful experiences outside of work projects. We can help your community extinguish burnout, enhance group cohesion, alleviate stress, and create resilience. Together we can get out of the chair to create a healthier, happier, and more productive workplace.
